Privacy Policy

AFS Wholesale LLC

AFS Wholesale LLC (“AFS Wholesale,” “we,” “us”) collects the information needed to operate a business-to-business supply store—account, order, quote, credit-application, and tax-exemption data—and shares it only with the service providers and suppliers required to fulfill your orders. This page describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to afswholesaleshop.com and the ordering, quoting, and account services operated by AFS Wholesale LLC, 1957 Rutgers Blvd, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to sales@afswholesaleshop.com.

02Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the store:

  • Account and company data — name, business name, work email, phone, roles, and locations you provide when you register, apply for a business account, or are invited as a buyer.
  • Order and quote data — products, quantities, purchase-order references, delivery addresses, and the contents of quote and sourcing requests.
  • Credit-application data — information submitted when applying for payment terms. Sensitive financial details (such as tax identification and bank or trade references) are collected through a secure application handled by our credit provider, not stored in this website or sent by ordinary email.
  • Tax-exemption data — certificate details and documents submitted for exemption review.
  • Payment data — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Technical and usage data — device, browser, and interaction data collected through cookies and analytics as described below.

03How we use information

We use information to: create and manage accounts and company profiles; process orders, quotes, purchase orders, and returns; review business-account, credit, and tax-exemption applications; provide customer service; prevent fraud and secure the store; comply with legal and tax obligations; and, where permitted, send account and marketing communications you can opt out of.

04Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the cart, sign-in, and checkout, and—subject to your choices—analytics and preference cookies to understand and improve the store. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie controls described in our Cookies Policy and your browser settings. We do not send sensitive data such as credit-application details, tax identifiers, or private account pricing into general analytics platforms.

05How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Service providers — hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, customer-relationship and support tools, and credit and tax-document providers, each acting on our instructions.
  • Suppliers and fulfillment partners — the manufacturers, distributors, and carriers required to fulfill, ship, and track your orders, including manufacturer-direct shipments.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information. If we ever engage in activity that a state law defines as a “sale” or “share” for targeted advertising, we will provide the required notice and opt-out.

06Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the store, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your choices and state privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can exercise these rights—or ask us a question about them—by contacting sales@afswholesaleshop.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

08Children

The store is intended for business purchasing by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

09Visitors outside the United States

AFS Wholesale operates in the United States. If you access the store from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States under this policy.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be identified where required.
