AFS Wholesale LLC ships business supply orders based on product availability, order size, shipping weight, delivery location, and carrier service.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, package size, destination, and available carrier rates. Shipping costs may vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery address.
AFS Wholesale does not offer automatic free shipping on standard website orders unless specifically stated on a written quote, invoice, or promotional offer.
Quote-Based Shipping
For bulk orders, large orders, freight orders, or special business purchases, shipping may be reviewed as part of the quote process. If free shipping, discounted shipping, or freight-included pricing is offered, it will be stated clearly on the written quote before the order is finalized.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed during normal business days after payment is confirmed and product availability is verified. Processing time may vary by product, supplier, order size, and shipping method.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, warehouse availability, and order size. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Large Orders and Freight
Some heavy, oversized, palletized, or bulk orders may require freight shipping, LTL delivery, liftgate service, dock access, or special handling. Additional freight charges may apply based on the order and delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AFS Wholesale is not responsible for delays or additional carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number, photos of the package or product, and a description of the issue. We will review the shipment and work with the customer toward a resolution.
