Shipping Policy

At AFS Wholesale Shop, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders promptly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.

Shipping Methods 

We use the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping (FedEx or UPS Ground): Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Military shipments are sent via USPS and may require additional transit time based on destination.
  • Heavyweight & Bulk Orders: Shipments exceeding standard weight limits travel via LTL freight carriers and may require one extra business day for processing.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Locations 

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. For rates or options outside this area, please contact our support team.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also sign in to your AFS Wholesale Shop account to view the current status of your order.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, the following factors can cause delays:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • High volume during peak seasons
  • Remote or hard-to-reach destinations
