Return & Refund Policy

AFS Wholesale LLC wants customers to receive the correct products in good condition. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only with prior approval from AFS Wholesale. Customers must contact us before sending any product back.

To request a return, please email sales@afswholesaleshop.com with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Special-order items
Bulk quote orders
Custom-sourced products
Clearance or final-sale items
Opened or used products
Foodservice disposables
Cleaning chemicals
Janitorial supplies
Sanitary or hygiene-related products
Damaged items not reported promptly after delivery

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by AFS Wholesale, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product, supplier, and order type.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the package and product, and a description of the issue.

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution, which may include replacement, credit, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Quote and Bulk Orders

Bulk orders, freight orders, quote-based orders, and specially sourced products may have separate return terms. Any special return restrictions will be stated on the quote, invoice, or order communication when applicable.
